Refund policy

            At ATHLÉRIA, we take pride in delivering high-quality pieces designed to make you feel confident, strong and beautiful. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURNS:

            Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund. 

            To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and Unwashed
• Free of stains, odors, or damage
• In original condition with tags attached

Any items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted

PRE-ORDER ITEMS:

           All pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Pre-order pieces are made specifically for production quantities, so please review sizing carefully before placing your order.

EXCHANGES:

           At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the item and place a new order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

          If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at athleriaapparel@yahoo.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the item. 

          Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
